  • Do you accept insurance? We are happy to announce that we are currently accepting Cigna, NH Medicaid, BCBS, Harvard Pilgrim, United, and Aetna! Tiny Talkers also accepts private pay clients, and can provide a superbill upon request for families seeking reimbursement.

  • What is your cancellation policy? Tiny Talkers must be notified of a cancel via phone call, text, or e-mail 24 hours before the time of service or a 50$ fee will be charged to the required card on file.

  • How long are treatment sessions? Therapy sessions are scheduled for 30 minute sessions or 45 minute sessions depending on the needs of the child. Together with the family we will determine an appropriate session length as well as frequency of services.

  • Can I attend my child’s session? Of course. In fact, it’s encouraged!

  • What is your sickness policy? With flu season approaching and the ongoing pandemic this question has been asked a lot! A cancellation is warranted if your child or any one in the household has the following symptoms: fever, runny nose, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, body ache, headache, chills, diarrhea, vomiting. A child must be symptom free for 24 hours to resume in person sessions. If sick, a teletherapy session will be offered.
